I grew up sneaking Barley Sugars from my grandpa, whilst sat next to him in the front of the tractor.
I'm now a strategist with over 10 years experience supporting businesses that rely on good farming for good food. My work is focused on making brilliantly grown food more widely available, through forging sustainable business relationships.
I am currently completing my dissertation research towards an MA in Food and Development. My thesis looks at the commercial dynamics which affect the sale of organic food, and questions what treating sustainable alternatives “fairly” means in a commercial setting.
I support my family in running our fourth-generation farm in Suffolk, where we have planted 12,000 trees in the last 12 months and are on a clear path to removing all pesticides from our growing.
I currently reside on a small boat in a big city at the bottom of a farm with my husband.
